Competition Terms & Conditions

Introduction

1.1 - By participating in this trade promotion you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The trade promotion is being run by:

The Prize

2.1 - The winning prize will be a single battery operated toy car for use by children valued at $649.00

2.2 – The prize is not exchangeable, redeemable and is non transferable for a cash substitute.

2.3 – If advertised prize is un available at time of draw, a cash substitute will be issued to equal value of prize.

2.4 – First Things First Coffee will offer delivery of item to regional Adelaide locations only. Other delivery methods will be at winners expense.

2.5 – First Things First Coffee does not take responsibility of suitability of prize for winner and does not take responsibility of faulty manufacture or misuse of item.

 

Competition Details

3.1 – Each participant must spend a minimum of $10 in a single transaction at any First Things First Coffee outlet. Upon spending a minimum of $10 the participant will receive a numbered ticket/voucher.

3.2 – A limit of a single ticket will be supplied per transaction.

3.3 – Participant MUST ask for a ticket to enter this competition at time of purchase transaction. It is not the responsibility of First Things First Coffee staff to prompt entrant to receive a ticket. We understand not all customers will want to enter this competition and therefore will not be asking every customer for a ticket.

3.4 – Supply of ticket after time of purchase will be at the discretion of First Things First Coffee staff and may ask for proof of purchase receipt.

3.5 – The ticket/voucher is the sole form of entry into the competition and must be presented in its original form to claim prize. First Things First Coffee does not take responsibility for lost or stolen tickets and will not issue replacement tickets in such event.

3.6 – Competition will commence at 5.30am December 1st, 2022 and end at 4pm December 21st, 2022.

3.7 – There will be a single winner of this competition.

3.8 – The winner will be drawn at First Things First Coffee, located at 373 Main North Road, Enfield, 5085, SA. On December 22nd, 2022.

3.9 – The winner will be drawn randomly and without prejudice from all participating ticket numbers.

3.10 – The winner will be announced by close of business 22nd December, 2022 via both the Facebook and Instagram page belonging to First Things First Coffee.

3.11 – Competition winner must present winning ticket to a First Things First Coffee outlet by January 21st, 2023 to claim prize. If a winning ticket is not presented in this time, the competition will be re drawn.

3.12 – Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

3.13 – There is no limit to the amount of time a single person can enter this competition.

3.14 – If winning ticked is deemed to be fraudulent or tampered in a way to manipulate the competition outcome, the ticket will be denied and the competition will be re drawn.

3.15 – Any costs or efforts made be participants to win this competition will not be refunded or reimbursed weather they win or loose.
